Allowing us to toggle a view where our users can see what we are working on based on these posts.

It would be helpful to send incoming feedback posts directly to a specific Slack channel so the team sees them right away.

I find myself typing the same replies to feature requests often. Some templates would be nice.

Adding a way to tag submissions by user persona like customers vs trial users would help us prioritize better.
